Explore some of my ongoing and recent initiatives:

Youth aspirations and futures, researching how youth aspire, imagine, and make meaning of their future educational, professional and personal lives, and the place of education in aspirational practices.
Artificial intelligence in education, exploring how the new technology of AI influences educational practices. This includes my work leading initiatives that leverage generative artificial intelligence to solve real-world societal challenges
Transdisciplinarity by experimenting with different orientations and organisations for curriculum and pedagogies.
Comparative and international education, analysising of educational systems and pedagogies across different global contexts.

Recipient of $4.8 million (HKD) of teaching and learning grants as the principal investigator/lead (and co-investigator in grants totalling over $7.5 million HKD).
2023 Silver Winner of the QS Reimagine Education Awards for Developing Emerging Skills and Competencies.
1st Runner Up Finalist of the 2023 University Grant Committee Teaching Award.
Winner of the 2022 University of Hong Kong Outstanding Teaching Excellence Awards (Team).
